Seeds are rich in nutrients and have many health benefits. These small but mighty kernels are high in vitamins and minerals the body needs to function at peak performance.  Seeds are extremely versatile and can be incorporated easily into a variety of different recipes.  Explore the taste and health benefits of chia, wild rice, pumpkin, pomegranate,  quinoa, flax, sunflower, pine nut, poppy and sesame seeds.  Seeds are often an afterthought; they make up toppings for muffins or buns and are often salty or spicy snacks.  Seeds can be a serious source of nutrition in our diets.  Each participant will taste recipes made from these seeds and take home a bag of seed mix to put on your favorite baked bread.
